Story Connections

Lesson 1- Fossils Tell of Long Ago Lesson 2- The Dinosaur Who Lived in my Backyard
Students will use website to locate information to fill in an organizer.

Teacher Note: remind students how to minimize and alternate between screens.

Students will fill in blanks to create a poem about dinosaurs.
Lesson 3- Dinosaur Fossils Lesson 4- Why did the Dinosaurs Disappear?
Students will complete worksheet using a website. Students will list their favorite dinosaur facts using an organizer.

Students will create an oral report and museum exhibit on a dinosaur.

Lesson 5- Monster Tracks Lesson 6- Let's Go Dinosaur Tracking
Students will summarize a set of directions.

Teachers! Two different activities using the same diagrams: Sequence a set of directions.

Evaluate the same set of directions.

 

Students will use a website to answer questions about dinosaurs.
