Measure
Using Inches Measure It (to half inch) Nonstandard Measurement (paper clips and cubes) Measure with Paperclips (various units) Inches Please note that the following Discovery Streaming Videos must be downloaded according to AACPS guidelines: Inches (Introduction)
Students will identify length as the distance between two objects. Students will identify units of measure. Students will use nonstandard units to measure. Students will measure using inches.
Tell and write time.
Label Clock Time to the Hour (matching) Time to the hour and half hour (draw hands) Time to the Hour Telling Time to the Hour Hands on A Clock Analog and Digital (matching) Time to the Hour Bridge Map Time to the Hour and Half Hour (and elapsed time) Time Game Please note that the following Discovery Streaming Videos must be downloaded according to AACPS guidelines: The Hands on a Clock Showing Time on Digital and Analog Clocks (song)
Students will tell time to the hour and halfhour. Students will identify numbers on a clock. Students will match digital and analog times.
Represent and interpret data.

Common Core:
1.MD.1 Order the objects
by length; compare the lengths of two objects indirectly by using a third
object.
1.MD.2 Express the length of an object as a whole number of length units, by laying multiple copies of a shorter object (the length) end to end.
Tell and write time.
